About Me
I am 49, married with two teenagers and two beautiful rescue dogs. I live right in Lincoln and work full time as a Project Business analyst. My favorite workout is kickboxing, my least favorite is running. My favorite food is cake (Oh Yea!), and my top 5 personal fitness goals are health, strength, energy, self-defense, and closing the button on my pants.

Classes
As well as one on one personal training, I also teach several group fitness classes. All sessions and classes are held at Bushido Martial Arts and Fitness, 121 Mendon Road Cumberland.
Classes include:
- Power Hour: Total Body Resculpt – Use slow and controlled movements to tone and strengthen your muscles from shoulders to toes in this 45 minute low impact class.
- Tuesday 6:45
- $10 per Class No Contracts or Membership
- Senior Fitness – Increase your ease of movement and reduce your risk of falls through a variety of real life movements that improve balance, strength, and range of motion.
- Tuesday 8:30 am
- Friday 12:00 pm
- $10 per Class No Contracts or Membership
- Kickboxing – Kickstart your cardio fitness and strength, while burning calories and learn some self-defense, using a mixture of kicking, punching combinations, and full body core work interspersed.

- Core Strength & Balance – Focused static strength moves will build strength in your core (from diaphragm to glutes) to tone, improve balance and help prevent lower back pain.

- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM Senior Fitness Specialist
- American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aide/CPR/AED
- 10+ Years of Student Kickboxing
